As the fourth day of the second month, today brings in strong stabilizing energies. We may notice shifts taking place in our lives, minds, and hearts that are helping to strengthen us on all fronts. Energy that begins in the heart or the mind can flow outward to inform the rest of our lives. We can bring in this energy more strongly and help to integrate it within us by flowing and allowing ourselves to receive it, and by releasing resistance. Today, noticing where we feel blocked or what feels out of alignment can be a gift; as we notice this resistance, we can set the intention to clear it and welcome in energies of ease, grace, and allowing.

Forgiveness helps us to find closure and stability within ourselves. Forgiving ourselves and others is strongly in focus today. Forgiveness first takes place within the heart. We can decide to forgive, and it is good to set this intention, but forgiveness is not complete until it is felt and all aspects of the past released. As the third day of the second month, today brings forward motion and progress. Keywords today are prosperity, peace, and truth. We are guided to nurture a stable foundation of integrity within ourselves and to endeavor to practice integrity in all that we do. In this retrograde period, we will benefit from slowing down even when things around us are speeding up, taking our time with our work and practices and diligently, thoroughly, and methodically working toward our goals. Giving ourselves time to focus on the tasks at hand will help to ensure that what we produce is of the highest quality. 

We are guided to maintain balance within ourselves and to do regular self-checks to ensure we are meeting our own needs. This week, we may need to lean more into compassion for others and confidence within ourselves, yet confidence that stems from a place of honesty rather than ego. Endeavoring to understand our own true nature will help us to move forward with more confidence, compassion, and depth of understanding. As the twenty-sixth day of the first month, today carries energies and aspects of partnerships, co-creation, harmony, and abundance. Through our harmonious relations with others, we create stability, which in turn provides us with a solid platform from which to build, reach higher, grow, and set our sights on loftier goals. We are strongly encouraged now to dream bigger, aim higher, and look to elevate ourselves more than ever before. What is the best version of yourself you have envisioned? Now go beyond that, above that, and see your best you, and then reach even higher for your even better you. We are always growing, always changing, always learning and we can always thrive, more and more continually. We are asked to release the mindset that if something is good, the other shoe will eventually drop. It doesn’t have to be that way. As creators of our own realities, we can create the life we want. If we set the intention that things will always get better for us, and nurture that with a repeated daily mantra, we can reinforce this as a habit which then becomes a belief. We are being asked not to doubt or second-guess ourselves, and to avoid overanalyzing, as this can lead to ‘analysis paralysis’ and can muddy the waters of our clarity. We are guided to seek clarity and integrity in all that we think, do, and say. Continually seeking clarity will bring lightning flashes of insight and inspiration, and will facilitate a deep inner knowing and connection to the wisdom of the ages.
