Indicated today are unconditional love, justice, nurture, self-care, caring for others, and the loving kindness that others bring to us. Today, we may be welcoming affectionate connections, which can bring powerful healing and strengthen us on many levels. Others may enter our lives today to remind us of our inherent goodness, strength, and the amazing capabilities we hold. Today we may be reminded that we are capable of so much more than we realize, or we may return to a remembrance of what we have known all along—that we are meant for greater things, that we are here for a purpose, and we that we have much to contribute to society and to the place in time in which we find ourselves. We are also reminded of universal love, and that there is a vast universe of nonphysical beings that we we will reconnect with at the end of our lives, who are loving us, supporting us, and always watching over us. Love and light are two words we often see together, and they can mean different things to different people. Abraham-Hicks refers to our true nature as “pure liquid love.” Love is us; as Source-energy beings, love is who we are at our very core. I see love and light as the source of truth and the conduit of the divine, as the wellspring from which everything grows. Love and light are so important right now because they represent one of the highest states in which we can live, be, and approach our interactions with others. It can take great strength to stay in our light during these times, and profound alignment to be the light when we are witnessing others who may be acting out of alignment with their highest nature, or who are simply unaware. It requires unconditional love to love people no matter what their behavior or choices. To not judge, to remain neutral, is often the best path we can take, understanding that we are all one, part of the same being each expressed individually, each having our experience, and each with our own understanding, mission, path, and purpose for this lifetime.
Author and medium Sara Wiseman recently shared a channeled message in which she talks about the energetic shifts that are taking place on the planet, and how there is a lot of deep ancestral karmic clearing taking place, as well as karmic clearing from our individual past lives. Many of us are here—on this planet at this time—for this very reason, and it is part of our soul contract to help shift and clear this energy from our lineage and from the planet. This is a time in which all high-vibrational hands are on deck, as the earth is supported and surrounded with allies who are helping to shift, clear, and transmute the old paradigms and heavy energies of fear, control, and lack, and to clear all energies necessary to support the ascension of Gaia and her inhabitants to establish a new, bright earth. As these heavier energies are passing out of our reality and clearing, it is important for us to remain in the highest-vibrational state possible at all times, to hold the light, to choose joy, to honor our right to freedom and independence, and to treat others with kindness.
Spiritual teacher and medium Amanda Ellis recently shared a YouTube video in which she talks about the importance of focusing on high-vibrational energies like compassion, love, peace, truth, and clarity. She points out that we are what we focus on. It isn’t just that our thoughts create our reality—we become our thoughts. We—our minds and our lives—are the direct result of what we choose to focus on and think about. What we give our attention to grows. What we nurture grows. We attract what we vibrate. We live in a vibrational universe, and everything is energy, which is why it is so important to be aware of our own energy and of what we choose to give our thoughts and attention to.
Now is the time to step into radical energetic awareness. It is crucial for us to be hyper-vigilant of what we allow into our vibration, which is directly affected by what we think about, focus on, read, talk about, and listen to. We must be “relentlessly positive,” to use a phrase I heard recently. As a collective, we are creating a collective reality, and what we are seeing in our reality is a result of this collaborative manifestation. Because of the duality that is present on our planet, there is a push and pull. Holding the light, keeping our vibration high, is now more important than ever. It’s time for us to step into our freedom and sovereignty, and into peace. As a collective we have evolved to this point, and it’s up to us where we go from here.

Those specific reasons will vary from person to person. This community of people are here to lift up humanity, to help raise the consciousness of the planet and elevate the human race into higher awareness and improved ways of life. One way we can help is by sending positive energy and intentions of healing, peace, divine wisdom, love, and awareness to those we feel called to send these energies to, or to the entire planet. When we do this, it is important to set the intention that these energies are received according to the highest good of all and to the greatest extent to which each individual is willing to receive, to respect the free will of others.
